Own the full inbound sales cycle for mid-market accounts: qualify leads, engage technical buyers (developers/CTOs), close deals, collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success, expand the US pipeline, and help shape the US sales motion while supporting hybrid NYC/Boston operations.

Lead and coach senior account executives to drive net-new revenue and expansion for public-sector SaaS. Manage pipeline, forecasts, and complex enterprise deals (RFPs, procurement) using Salesforce. Lead design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) solutions, run fit-to-standard workshops, configure recruiting processes, support integrations and data migration, develop test scripts and training, and provide go‑live and hypercare support to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Lead workforce strategy and build a scalable Workforce Management function for contact center and pharmacy operations. Drive capacity planning, forecasting, intraday operations, command center design, vendor governance, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and scalability. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, HR, and vendors to implement WFM tools, dashboards, and automation, and to execute strategic operational improvements.

Embed with client teams to rapidly prototype and iterate AI/agent solutions, own PoC-to-production handoff, troubleshoot integrations across APIs and data sources, bridge delivery and client engineering teams, and feed field learnings into reusable accelerators and playbooks.

Execute manual test cases, scenarios, and plans to validate functional, integration, regression, and UAT. Track and verify defects using issue trackers, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, maintain test documentation, and support process improvement to ensure usability and business requirements in regulated environments.
