The Associate, B2B Marketing supports marketing initiatives, manages events, creates marketing materials, and monitors performance, focusing on B2B audiences.

Lead customer deployments and onboarding, design custom policies, deliver training, troubleshoot complex issues, and support customer success in using the Nightfall platform.

Plan and execute Nabla's owned, sponsored, and third-party events end-to-end. Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and onsite operations. Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Partnerships, and Brand to drive pipeline and customer engagement. Track performance, report ROI, and optimize event programs using HubSpot and marketing automation tools.

First SDR to convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities: nurture leads across channels, conduct discovery, qualify and book demos, follow up persistently (email/phone/LinkedIn), and develop product knowledge to handle objections.

Serve as the technical face to customers: run discovery, design solutions, build proofs-of-value, deploy production integrations, create repeatable playbooks, and drive product and ecosystem direction to help customers adopt agent-native workflows securely.

Own end-to-end B2B email marketing: strategy, segmentation, copy/design coordination, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimization. Build nurture programs, improve deliverability, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and collaborate with Demand Gen, Product, Customer Marketing, and Sales to drive pipeline and retention.

Design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems (LLM agents, retrieval/RAG, evals, guardrails). Lead architecture decisions, address reliability/observability, mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver scalable AI-driven features.

Design secure, scalable cloud-native solutions and Microsoft ecosystem integrations (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse) for Lirio's AI-driven behavioral platform. Produce architecture artifacts, define integration boundaries, build prototypes, support engineering and client technical engagements, and ensure compliance, observability, and operational excellence.

Process and prepare customs documentation to support international import movements, secure release of consolidations, manage turnover and in-bond transfers, handle confidential data, and cross-train in related duties. May need to complete specified export and dangerous-goods courses.

Own inbound opportunity intake, tracking, and internal coordination to ensure clean pipeline progression, smooth handoffs to Client Services, process improvements, and operational readiness across growth pursuits.
