Own technical onboarding and long-term success for B2B customers using Prismatic. Run scoped implementation projects, review customer integration code, define architecture best practices, create enablement content, run office hours, and surface expansion opportunities.

Lead and scale Appfire's enterprise product marketing: define theme-based GTM strategy, build operating model and launch frameworks, drive cross-functional GTM with Product/Sales/Customer Success, develop product-led sales plays, coach and grow a high-performing team, and champion AI-enabled marketing practices to improve execution, productivity, and revenue outcomes.

Lead coating sales across the Western US/Canada: identify and close new business, grow key accounts, coordinate technical and supply chain support, build customer relationships, negotiate pricing, forecast, and travel frequently (50-70%).
