Identify and research new business prospects, engage and nurture leads across channels, build relationships with decision-makers, collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach, meet sales targets, represent the company at events, and report market and competitor insights.

Manage full post-sales lifecycle for enterprise property management accounts (200+ units), drive adoption and revenue expansion, own retention and account health, run quarterly business reviews and success plans, surface customer feedback and product opportunities, and coordinate onboarding/implementation across multi-site portfolios. Some travel required.

Lead or co-lead intellectual property damages engagements: perform research, financial and economic modeling, analyze statements and documents, draft expert reports, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and support business development while integrating AI tools into workflows.

Lead day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution for influencer, experiential, ambassador, and integrated marketing work. Own timelines, scopes, deliverables, reporting, and cross-team coordination; lead client meetings, surface insights, and identify growth opportunities.
