The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative sales, developing customer relationships, providing technical support, and promoting Nalco Water's innovative technologies.

Own end-to-end QA for AI SMS bot and call-training system: review production conversations, create JSON test files, edit Markdown knowledge base (WRONG/RIGHT examples), run test suites, verify fixes, and maintain knowledge base. Operate existing infrastructure using CLI and Git, and write realistic conversational examples and pass/fail criteria.

Manage and grow a territory of foodservice accounts by nurturing relationships, driving sales and new business, delivering presentations, coordinating with specialists and operations, resolving delivery issues, and conducting regular site visits. Use market intelligence and team-based selling to meet case growth and incentive goals.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across the Central U.S., managing five Enterprise AEs. Own regional revenue targets, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution. Coach and develop the team, engage personally in strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, CS, Legal, Finance) to drive growth. Represent Ontic at industry events and drive regional market development. Travel extensively across the region.

Design and deliver electrical systems (power, lighting, generators, controls) for water/wastewater plants and pump stations; perform power system analysis, prepare calculations/drawings/specifications, support projects from design through construction, conduct field testing/startup, perform quality control, coordinate schedules/budgets, mentor junior engineers, and travel as needed.

Lead full-cycle accounting and tax compliance, manage complex transaction recording and reconciliations, prepare monthly/quarterly financials, oversee tax filings, liaise with external partners and auditors, mentor junior staff, and drive internal controls and process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, lead success planning and business reviews, influence product and service roadmaps, and scale internal CS processes and tools to improve client outcomes and retention.

Lead business development across the Austin region, build client relationships, sell Triumvirate’s environmental service lines, prospect and close deals, partner with technical teams, ensure regulatory-informed solutions, manage CRM pipeline, and travel locally to meet clients and attend events.

Lead and mentor engineering teams, shape architectures and tech stacks, propose technologies, contribute code and reference implementations, define integration and persistence strategies, and drive reusable components and engineering best practices across client and internal projects.

Hunt and close new mid-to-large enterprise clients for Thrive's Technology Managed Services platform. Prospect regionally, convert inbound leads, build pipeline, negotiate contracts within margin parameters, use Salesforce CRM, collaborate with inside sales and technical teams, represent Thrive at industry events, and travel up to 20% for client meetings.
