Provides consultative financial services and exceptional member support at a credit union branch. Resolve discrepancies and off-cycle adjustments, interpret payroll regulations, support employee inquiries, and improve standardized workflows. Partner on payroll system upgrades, integrations, configurations, and process harmonization across the Americas. This fully remote role reports to the Payroll Manager within the finance and accounting team.

Source and evaluate technology startups for Capital Factory’s All Access Fund. Build relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders; recruit startups; participate in community events and panels; manage deal flow and CRM records; publish deal memos; and facilitate introductions. The role is highly relationship-driven, on-site in Austin, and requires evening and weekend availability for events and deadlines.
