Integrates OneTrust with Salesforce, Veeva, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS; creates ERDs, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams; translates privacy requirements into technical designs; leads configuration with admins and developers; collaborates with legal, compliance, IT, and delivery teams; supports pre-sales workshops and client engagements. Requires approximately 10–20% travel.

Lead the design and development of backend-heavy full stack applications using workflow orchestration, headless architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native patterns. Build scalable backend services, collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams, enforce quality and security standards, participate in architecture reviews and production support, and mentor engineers while owning technical outcomes.

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate new opportunities and upsell via phone, email, and electronic communications. Track orders, resolve issues, provide pricing, estimate/propose solutions, and meet quota while supporting customer service and account management.

Design, build, and maintain Next.js storefront features integrated with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Implement GraphQL/REST services, optimize performance and SEO, write TypeScript/JavaScript code, participate in CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.
