Processes new and renewal certificates of insurance for commercial lines clients. Partner with sales and engineering to clean HubSpot data, track account health metrics, maintain CRM records, and develop playbooks to scale retention and revenue.

Oversee outbound warehouse operations including route planning and monitoring, motor carrier compliance, carrier onboarding and settlements, customer communications and escalations, scheduling deliveries, processing claims/returns, and reporting to meet client standards.
