Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies, translate technical topics for multiple audiences, and support tradeshows and company events.

Support Product's operating system by improving processes, documentation, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination. Maintain intake, roadmap, dependency tracking, releases, and decision logs. Lead Mid-Market Customer Success to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage and coach a team of 6-8 CSMs, improve adoption and customer health metrics, partner cross-functionally, own forecasting, and implement scalable playbooks while championing AI adoption and change management.
