Coordinate launch and daily operations of a new Austin office for ~300 employees: vendor management, SOP creation, asset tracking, front-desk leadership, facility oversight, and event logistics. Develop and revise insurance policy forms and endorsements, ensure regulatory compliance, research competitor forms, support filings and implementations, lead form-related projects, train and mentor team members, and provide underwriting and regulatory support.

Own end-to-end SMB sales for a developer-focused security product: run outbound campaigns, follow up inbound leads, manage trials and self-serve to paid conversions, maintain high-volume short-cycle pipeline, execute GTM experiments, and keep CRM data accurate.
