Build and manage Hammerspace’s AI-powered knowledge ecosystem for the go-to-market organization. Responsibilities include designing AI workflows and retrieval experiences, developing onboarding and certification programs, evaluating AI technologies, driving adoption, automating knowledge work, and establishing governance and taxonomy. Design, execute, and analyze functional, regression, integration, system, and performance tests for a web-based observability platform. Create test plans and cases, track defects, collaborate with developers and product, improve QA processes, and potentially build/maintain automated tests. Participate in Agile ceremonies and investigate root causes to ensure timely resolution.

Build, maintain, and deploy a high-volume, fault-tolerant observability platform.
