Provide hands-on technical customer support for server, networking, and video systems. Troubleshoot deployments, networking, codecs, and streaming protocols; perform root-cause analysis, update tickets, escalate defects, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues within SLAs.

Own end-to-end social content: plan and execute video and static posts, maintain a detailed content calendar, coordinate cross-functional and legal/medical approvals, manage community and influencer partnerships, and report weekly performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Supervise and perform compliance reviews required by the Standard Re-Insurance Agreement, analyze documentation for RMA rule adherence, approve/process quality control and claim reviews, train staff, manage staffing activities, collaborate on policy/procedure updates, and support IT enhancements to improve QC processes.

Provide hands-on IP and product legal support across product lifecycle: patents, trademarks, open source, AI/product counseling, vendor/commercial agreements, M&A IP diligence, policies, training, and scalable legal processes.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for B2B software and data capabilities. Drive discovery, requirements, and agile delivery with engineering, design, and data teams. Use quantitative and qualitative research to prioritize features, support monetization, and enable go-to-market execution to improve adoption, retention, and recurring revenue.
