Create and deliver role-based training for Wilqo's Charlie product to customers and employees. Develop e-learning, videos, webinars, and in-person materials; partner with Product and Implementation teams; use assessments and metrics to evaluate adoption and refine content; leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation.

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, manage the reception desk and shared admin mailbox, handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers, organize meeting room bookings and meeting logistics (including catering and visitor coordination), and order and monitor office and kitchen supplies to maintain a professional, well-stocked workplace.

Develop and maintain 18-month sales, inventory, receipt and shipment plans by classification; analyze POS and sales trends; prepare and present monthly consensus reports; collaborate with account, merchandising, and supply planning teams; provide standard and ad hoc reporting to optimize inventory and in-season opportunities.

First-line participant support for retirement accounts via Intercom and phone; guide account setup, enrollments, deferrals, rollovers, withdrawals, and loans; resolve issues end-to-end and escalate when needed; build support content and AI-powered tooling; coordinate money movements and external custodial/vendor partners; surface recurring problems to product and engineering; own support quality, response times, and tone.

Advise clients on cruise options, plan and book accommodations, excursions, and transport; process payments; handle inquiries and resolve booking issues; maintain relationships with cruise lines and suppliers to ensure client satisfaction.
