Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting on employee changes and compensation events, maintain payroll controls and documentation, resolve complex payroll issues, and lead and mentor the payroll team.

Own the company’s IT infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environment, cybersecurity, support operations, integrations, and internal tooling. Build AI-powered applications, automations, APIs, dashboards, and agents; administer networks, servers, endpoints, backups, and security systems; provide technical support; manage vendors; and lead technology adoption across the organization.
