Serve as the Chief Growth Officer’s strategic operator, leading GTM execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Own revenue operations, pricing, deal governance, forecasting, territory and quota planning, data unification, HubSpot architecture, executive dashboards, pipeline optimization, and Q2C processes. Manages branch managers, forecasts performance, develops business and marketing plans, reviews P&L, builds customer and community relationships, safeguards company assets, and enforces safety and company policies. The role is based in Austin, Texas, supports several Texas locations, and requires up to 40% business travel.

Drive adoption of LangChain products by sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound mid-market deals. Build relationships with technical teams, help customers discover and evaluate AI solutions, and support their adoption. Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and customer success teams in a fast-paced environment while developing expertise in generative AI technology and customer businesses.
