Own the strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market evolution of Pluralsight’s AI, Cloud, and Security learning solutions. Design blended learning programs, define expert perspectives, identify content and lab components, monitor market needs, and use customer and learner data to improve outcomes. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, Engineering, and Services teams, support strategic enterprise deals, manage solution benchmarks, and drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.

Build playbooks, competitive resources, training, and product-launch enablement; maintain the enablement technology stack and AI Hub; measure adoption and field adherence; and connect enablement activities to win rate, sales cycle length, expansion, time-to-value, and churn outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Own end-to-end client onboarding for the LevPro platform, from scoping and kickoff through configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live. Translate client workflows into scalable system solutions, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, troubleshoot issues, document processes, and support long-term client relationships. The role partners with sales, data, customer success, product, engineering, and third parties while managing multiple implementations and improving implementation processes.

Supports the CEO and CFO through complex calendar, email, meeting, travel, communication, and executive coordination management. Prepares agendas, pre-reads, meeting logistics, documentation, notes, decisions, and follow-ups. Uses AI-enabled tools, automation, and integrated workflows to organize information, reduce administrative friction, improve retrieval, and maintain executive context. Handles confidential information, coordinates leadership, board, investor, and company meetings, and builds strong cross-functional relationships.

Develop product launch narratives and messaging that connect with customers and prospects. Create demos, case studies, webinars, campaigns, web content, and customer stories. Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to ensure consistent positioning. Conduct customer and prospect research, identify market trends, and use data-driven insights to strengthen product marketing strategy.

Own and grow enterprise customer accounts, revenue, and market share. Develop account plans, build executive-level relationships, lead large software transactions, manage pipelines and forecasts, coordinate internal teams, and achieve subscription, renewal, services, and training sales targets.
