Develop, maintain, and operate Mission Control web app and supporting microservices for satellite operations. Design and implement HTTP APIs, deploy critical infrastructure, and improve automation. Create and execute functional, regression, and integration tests across web and API layers, document defects with reproduction steps, support test data/environments, participate in Agile ceremonies, and gradually contribute to API/UI test automation.

Own day-to-day management of a key client account. Serve as primary contact, keep projects and timelines on track, monitor campaign performance, identify trends, escalate issues, maintain account documentation, and learn performance marketing and affiliate channels.

Lead Unreal Engine console ports, optimize performance and rendering, debug GPU issues, build tools and best practices, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-discipline teams to meet certification and launch targets.

Process member enrollments, changes, reinstatements, terminations, renewals, and premium billing. Respond to calls and emails, generate membership documents, support employer groups/vendors/brokers and internal teams, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and divisional production standards.
