Develop and expand Swyfft’s independent insurance agent network through prospecting, relationship building, persuasive presentations, and agent education. The representative will identify new opportunities, explain products and platform benefits, attend industry events, monitor market and competitor trends, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The role requires strong communication, resilience, P&C insurance knowledge, and comfort working in a remote, metric-driven environment.

Provides remote technical support for PerkinElmer atomic spectroscopy instruments across North America. Diagnoses complex hardware, software, and application issues; guides customers and field engineers through repairs; identifies root causes, parts, and corrective actions; documents service activity; supports first-time fixes, training, mentoring, technical communications, and operational improvements. Requires expert repair-level experience with atomic spectroscopy platforms, including at least two of AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.

Leads and grows a distributed software engineering team building a scalable cloud data and analytics platform. Owns architecture, data modeling, technical delivery, roadmaps, product collaboration, agile planning, quality standards, security alignment, vendor relationships, and engineering KPIs. The role remains hands-on with coding, code reviews, documentation, data architecture, deployment, and development of SaaS data products using Azure or AWS, Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake, and Power BI.

Designs, analyzes, develops, tests, and supports production of solid rocket motors and propulsion systems. Responsibilities include researching tax law, legislation, regulations, and case law; writing and editing practical guidance; using generative AI to improve content workflows; recruiting authors and negotiating licensing agreements; and collaborating with editorial, product, technical, sales, and marketing teams. Requires a JD, CPA designation, significant accounting experience, and at least two years each of tax legal and accounting experience.

Processes and monitors payments, deposits, returns, liquidity movements, and cash flow. Resolves payment failures, reconciliation breaks, client inquiries, and flagged transactions while supporting safeguarding, counterparty risk management, and treasury policy compliance. The role also produces payment KPIs, maintains operating procedures, assists with system optimization, and collaborates with financial institutions, merchants, compliance teams, and internal operations. Weekend and bank-holiday on-call coverage is periodically required.

Build and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure and AI platform capabilities using Terraform, MCP servers, LLMOps/GenAIOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions. Own CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, compliance, incident response, and production support for platform and AI workloads. Partner on AI platform roadmap development, reusable engineering patterns, tooling adoption, documentation, and Agile delivery while participating in on-call rotations.

Drives new revenue by prospecting natural CPG brands, conducting discovery, presenting merchandising solutions, managing proposals, negotiating, and closing contracts. Owns the full sales cycle, builds self-sourced pipelines, expands existing accounts, maintains CRM accuracy, reports on forecasts, and represents the company at trade shows and networking events. The role is remote and requires strong self-direction, outbound sales discipline, and willingness to travel up to 12 weeks annually.

Administer and support enterprise server, cloud, network, identity, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Deploy and maintain Windows, AWS, Azure, and collaboration platforms; manage patches, backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, capacity, security controls, and automation. Provide escalation-level support within SLAs, document environments, follow change-management procedures, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor junior staff. The role is remote or hybrid in the US with occasional customer travel.
