Leads Account Enablement operations by prioritizing workloads, resolving escalations, supporting account setup and maintenance, monitoring SLA compliance, and ensuring quality service. Drive enterprise sales by winning new logos, managing the full sales cycle, forecasting accurately, exceeding quota, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders across IT and business units. The role requires account planning, consultative solution selling, ROI articulation, MEDDPICC-based qualification, Salesforce usage, and collaboration with sales engineering and development teams. This is a hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.

Provides Tier 1 customer support across benefits, HR, recruiting, payroll, and time and leave services. Resolves customer issues through research, requirement clarification, first-contact resolution, case management, database updates, and customer education. Maintains knowledge through training, supports service improvements, and works effectively in a structured, performance-based environment. The role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Performs quantitative modeling and analysis for annuity, stable value, insurance guarantee, derivative, and retirement investment products. Builds stochastic models, Monte Carlo simulations, derivative pricing tools, historical back-testing frameworks, and scenario analyses. Evaluates risk, returns, guarantees, and asset-liability sensitivities while supporting product design, hedging, governance, and oversight.
