Develops implementation plans, timelines, documentation, and technical specifications while collaborating with clients, developers, QA engineers, and internal stakeholders. Provides subject matter expertise, resolves complex technical issues, supports knowledge transfer, and contributes to continuous improvement across gov tech implementations.

Lead sales strategy and execution, build and maintain customer relationships, analyze sales performance and market trends, pursue new markets and business development, represent the company at industry events, and support growth through negotiation and innovative solutions.

Own product marketing for Tempo’s enterprise Strategic Portfolio Management and AI-native platform. Develop persona- and industry-specific messaging, positioning, narratives, launches, go-to-market programs, sales enablement, competitive materials, and partner marketing. Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Growth, and Partner Marketing teams on pricing, campaigns, customer research, launch frameworks, and roadmap influence. Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, content production, and marketing workflows.

Manage and grow industrial customer accounts across a Louisville or Lexington territory. Build long-term customer relationships, provide technical support, resolve issues, identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams. Conduct customer site visits, on-site testing, service reviews, reporting, proposals, and presentations. Complete field training, follow safety procedures, and travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.
