Familiarity with AI transcription platforms is beneficial, and training is provided on proprietary software.

Designs the technical foundation for Dave’s AI Agent Factory, including agent architecture, MCP servers, governed data access, semantic-layer integrations, evaluation frameworks, deployment standards, observability, authentication, authorization, auditability, and PII protection. The role establishes scalable AI engineering standards and reusable infrastructure while partnering with Data, Engineering, Security, and Product teams to enable safe, reliable company-wide AI adoption.

The Process Engineer will lead operational discovery and integration planning for newly acquired partner firms. Responsibilities include documenting workflows and systems, mapping current-state operations to Mercer Advisors’ architecture, identifying gaps and risks, building repeatable integration frameworks, sequencing post-close releases, maintaining process documentation, supporting change management, and coordinating with Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, and leadership. Regular travel to partner locations is required.
