Coordinates repairs, inspections, rentals, payments, and claim documentation while referring cases to specialized units when needed. May manage direct repair shop compliance, total losses, and simple litigation matters. The role requires strong communication, organization, decision-making, customer service, and negotiation skills, with occasional travel for inspections, meetings, or related activities.

Own cross-functional program management across Chainguard’s security organization, coordinating workflows, dependencies, priorities, and execution across Product Security, Cyber Resiliency, and Governance & Trust. Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility into security risk, exposure, and program health. Establish lightweight processes, communicate trade-offs, and partner with product, engineering, legal, finance, sales, and marketing. Over time, expand program and operating-process improvements across the company.

Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, data loss prevention, vendor security due diligence, and complex tier 3 security support. The role also leads security investigations, remediation, root cause analysis, policy development, control testing, and implementation of security solutions while maintaining documentation and communicating risks to leadership.

Define and represent Fluent’s AI strategy, demonstrate its platform and AI capabilities, lead strategic customer and partner conversations, and support commercial opportunities. Own executive narratives, value positioning, reusable demos, operational guidance, and ecosystem enablement. Build technical champions, represent Fluent at industry events, and provide customer and market feedback to product and architecture teams. The role requires credible architecture knowledge, strong communication, customer advocacy, commercial judgment, and strategic AI leadership without requiring production coding.
