The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, build relationships with senior leaders, and drive platform adoption within data-intensive organizations.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, collaborating with teams to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships. Responsibilities include lead qualification, demos, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Lead infrastructure engineering for MICRO, managing cloud and on-prem Linux/Windows systems (Ubuntu focus) and Azure infrastructure. Oversee team performance, security, monitoring, backup/DR, networking, provisioning, incident resolution, capacity planning, and support for product deployments and customer implementations.

Serve as first-line member support via chat and ticketing, resolving entry-level issues (payments, loyalty), triaging and escalating complex cases, documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams and BPO partners, staying current on product changes, and delivering patient, organized digital customer service.

Senior technical leader supporting sales: design tailored healthcare IT solutions, lead demos, manage RFP responses, advise on compliance and integrations, and partner cross-functionally to close strategic deals and inform product roadmap.

Lead and grow a small, high-velocity product design team as a player-coach, setting design strategy and vision for AI-first enterprise marketing workflows. Maintain visual and interaction design quality, extend the design system, prototype and ship production-ready code using AI-native tools, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps, and hire, mentor, and scale the design organization.

As Senior Manager, you will improve market performance, analyze data trends, manage KPIs, and drive marketplace strategy and operations enhancements.

Lead the Customer & Application team, manage engineers, coordinate development efforts, drive Agile processes, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.

Manage the entire New Product Introduction lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project plans and status reports to ensure timely product launches.
