Build Glow’s sales enablement function from the ground up by designing AE and SE onboarding, ramp plans, certifications, sales playbooks, messaging, and ongoing training. Drive adoption of Salesforce, Gong, sales methodology, and qualification frameworks. Analyze call and performance data to identify coaching opportunities and measure enablement impact through ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
