Own the design and implementation of WISEcode’s automated quality engineering ecosystem. Build AI-augmented UI, API, integration, regression, database, performance, and reliability testing frameworks for ASP.NET and Blazor applications. Integrate testing into CI/CD, improve observability and release confidence, investigate failures and race conditions, validate AI/ML outputs, and establish scalable quality standards and metrics across engineering teams.

Participate in a remote, moderated usability study for a new user research platform. Navigate early prototypes, think aloud while completing workflows, and provide candid feedback on the interface, usability, workflows, and usefulness for product decision-making.

Supports Digital Experience Center operations across multiple financial institution clients. Configures and administers CCaaS platforms, IVR routing, conversational AI, electronic forms, knowledge content, reporting, and vendor cases. Assists with client implementations, testing, documentation, release reviews, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization. Performs quality assurance, site testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis while maintaining the operations calendar. Collaborates with merchandising, marketing, creative, UX/UI, technology, and customer service teams to improve product discoverability, conversion, customer experience, and business results.

Serves as chief of staff and advisor to the CMO, presents to executives and the board, and builds and mentors a multi-layered insights and analytics team.

Own end-to-end global logistics for hardware products: coordinate domestic and international shipments, negotiate with freight forwarders, manage vendor relationships, ensure trade compliance (HTS/ECCN), create shipping documents/labels, track shipments, and develop logistics KPIs and reports while building long-term logistics strategy in a fast-paced startup.

Develops partnership-led product expansion strategy, evaluates build-versus-partner opportunities, conducts market and partner analysis, presents recommendations to leadership, represents OnePay externally, and leads partner selection and commercial contract negotiations through execution.
