Own the full sales cycle for creators on Starter and Growth plans, including outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Manage inbound leads, revive dormant opportunities, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast pipeline, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success. Own and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementations. Design data collection architecture using Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; govern XDM schemas, identity, datasets, and data quality. Troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, integrate Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders on scalable technical solutions, governance, documentation, and enablement.

Lead administration of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, Azure identity, and cloud infrastructure in a fully cloud-based organization. Provide Level 2/3 service desk escalation, execute migrations and cybersecurity projects, establish IT service processes, manage assets and vendors, and support onboarding, offboarding, incident response, change management, and M&A initiatives. The role partners with IT leadership and may help build and manage a growing internal technical team.

Lead post-sales success for enterprise SaaS customers, drive adoption, monitor account health and model performance, manage escalations, run QBRs, partner cross-functionally to ensure renewals and expansions, and deliver measurable business outcomes while advising on identity verification and fraud detection solutions.

Owns internal IT systems, employee technology support, SaaS and business systems administration, vendor relationships, technology purchasing, process automation, AI enablement, device management, access controls, continuity protocols, and audit readiness.
