This is an onsite Austin role requiring local candidates within 50 miles.

Supports civil and environmental engineering projects under experienced engineers by preparing calculations, drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, reports, and visual aids. Assists with fieldwork, sampling, remediation operations, site inspections, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance reviews, contractor submittals, and technical reporting. The role also involves basic CAD review and drafting, project coordination, and communication with project teams.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB partners, from prospecting and qualification through closing, registration, onboarding, and handoff to the Growth team. Conduct approximately 50–60 calls daily and use email, SMS, and social media to engage prospects. Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce, apply the SNAP sales methodology, handle objections, collaborate cross-functionally, and pursue continuous improvement.

Owns Aledade’s Annual Operating Plan and OKR performance management, driving accountability, execution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment. Leads annual and mid-year planning cycles, refines the planning playbook, and prepares data-driven Quarterly Business Review materials. Partners with senior leaders and teams across Analytics, Field, Product, and other departments to coordinate dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent reviews, performance management, manager coaching, employee relations, and organizational change. Build scalable People programs, career frameworks, performance processes, and leadership-development initiatives. Manage investigations, accommodations, leaves, terminations, documentation, and compliance while using workforce data to identify risks and improve decisions.
