Establishes secure engineering patterns, governance, reliability frameworks, and measurable platform outcomes. Partners across architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, data, and application teams to modernize technology, improve developer experience, reduce operational risk, and strengthen compliance. Provides senior technical leadership, mentors teams, evaluates vendors, and drives enterprise adoption of reusable platform capabilities.

Develop and maintain weekly sales order forecasts across customers and SKUs. Analyze historical sales, inventory, and commercial inputs; monitor forecast accuracy and KPIs; communicate assumptions and changes cross-functionally; support inventory strategies for product launches and phase-outs; maintain planning-tool parameters; and improve demand-planning processes.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data teams: partner with hiring managers, source and build diverse pipelines, manage ATS/CRM workflows, drive candidate experience, and close offers while improving hiring processes and metrics.

Develop and execute strategic account plans, build executive-level customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive profitable revenue expansion and retention. Lead strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, solution development, customer research, and industry engagement. This hands-on role requires strong cross-functional influence, technical fluency, and executive communication.

Design, implement, test, document, and maintain highly scalable software throughout the SDLC. Lead engineering practices, conduct code reviews, resolve live issues, participate in Scrum activities, and collaborate across teams. Support internal onboarding to the Pipelines solution and enhance its SDLC capabilities. Use Java, Groovy, Go, cloud platforms, containers, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and related tools.
