The Senior Manager, Commercial Forecasting and Insights leads global forecasting, analytics, and insights to drive revenue performance through strategic partnerships with sales and finance leadership.

Own roadmap and delivery for data and finance initiatives: define data architecture and workflows, enable reporting and accounting, lead acquisition integrations and data migrations, translate finance operations into scalable software, and build a clean data and financial process engine to support reporting and automation.

Lead revenue operations connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. Own forecasting, ARR/MRR and churn reporting, unit-economics modeling, HubSpot administration, integrations, customer health scoring, onboarding and renewal operations, and dashboards. Drive RevOps strategy, run experiments, support cross-functional initiatives, and provide board-ready financial analysis.

Provide administrative support to sales and store leaders: order entry, receiving/shipping, garment preparation, alterations coordination, phone/email handling, bank deposits, errands, and occasional pickups/deliveries. Support enterprise sales across the full cycle as a technical pre-sales advisor: lead discovery, design solutions, deliver demos, respond to RFPs/security reviews, and support POCs while collaborating with product, engineering, and implementation teams.

The Senior Manager, Commercial Forecasting and Insights oversees global forecasting, improves forecasting processes, drives data-driven decisions, and partners with sales and finance to align initiatives with business strategy.

Prepare and reconcile complex monthly investor reports and remittances, process cash movements and GL entries, resolve reporting discrepancies, post data into ACE/MortgageServ, support audits, and partner with stakeholders to ensure investor guidelines and timelines are met.

Monitor and process property tax and HOA/condo payments at the client and asset level. Identify tax/association requirements and due dates, ensure timely payments per company/client guidelines, communicate with vendors, and perform related administrative duties.

Serve as the senior on-site IT resource for the Austin lab: triage and resolve tickets, maintain Windows Server and hybrid identity, manage Intune and endpoints, ensure uptime for instrument PCs and networked lab equipment, perform hardware and network troubleshooting, coordinate vendor and cross-team deployments, document procedures, and mentor junior IT staff for a 24/7 production environment.

Manage an on-premise sales territory servicing restaurants and bars: sell products, grow accounts, merchandize displays, perform inventory checks, handle customer issues, and complete administrative tasks to meet company objectives.
