Leads the Health Systems Sales Operating System, integrating sales operations, forecasting, planning, enablement, inside sales, and SDR functions. Own the visual and interactive craft across Method’s website, design system, demos, dashboard, and embedded products. Build shader-based Three.js and WebGL experiences, architect dynamic React component libraries, improve data visualization and generative UI, and establish polished motion, component states, and design consistency. Collaborate with engineering and design leadership, make tooling tradeoffs, contribute to open source, and eventually help hire adjacent design talent.

Own the company’s legal affairs, advising executive and business teams, negotiating commercial, construction, procurement, sales, marketing, and service agreements, and managing disputes and litigation. The role oversees vendor onboarding, outside counsel, legal policies, corporate secretarial work, departmental budgeting, and legal technology adoption. It requires autonomous, strategic counsel with strong business judgment and experience in litigation and commercial transactions, preferably within renewable energy, construction, or consumer law.

Researches and interprets accounting, auditing, and financial reporting standards; authors publication-ready guidance, summaries, news, and white papers for CCH AnswerConnect. Monitors regulatory developments, responds to customer inquiries, reviews content quality, conducts competitive analysis, supports marketing initiatives, and advises management.
