Responsibilities include training clients, consulting, data migration planning and execution, workflow and process customization, client relationship management, documentation, and project management. Design, execute and analyze performance tests for mobile and web applications. Use CI and performance tools to profile device- and server-side metrics, find memory leaks, benchmark systems, and recommend tuning and capacity improvements.

Create, edit, and proofread technical documentation and knowledge-base content for internal and external customers. Develop documentation frameworks, templates, information architecture, and training materials. Collaborate with SMEs, prioritize content requests, manage small-to-medium projects, ensure quality control and standards compliance, and support knowledge management and IT service practices (KCS/ITIL). May mentor interns and act as team lead when required.

Hunt and close new B2B accounts across an assigned Texas territory. Prospect outbound, manage full sales cycle (present, negotiate, close), use CRM, collaborate with operations for launches, and maintain client relationships to grow programs.

Provide administrative backup to finance and legal: handle mail, scanning, deposits, purchasing assistance, asset tracking, extract/report revenue-cycle data, collaborate on reporting, and support special projects.

Own a portfolio of mid-size SaaS customers to drive retention, renewals, adoption and expansion. Translate data into ROI stories, identify growth or risk signals, create strategic account plans, and surface customer feedback to influence product and delivery.
