Manage and grow ecoATM’s wholesale device sales business by meeting quotas, selling varied device inventory, managing buyer accounts, onboarding new customers, negotiating offers, monitoring market pricing, and ensuring timely payments. The role focuses on building global wholesale partnerships, increasing case lot sales, acquiring new buyers through sales channels and trade shows, and maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote, numbers-driven environment.

Owns ecoATM’s global tax function, including tax planning, ASC 740 income tax provisions, federal, state, local, and international compliance, audits, tax controls, and third-party provider management. The Director partners with executive leadership on transactions, cash tax planning, and risk, while improving systems and processes, transitioning work in-house, and eventually building an internal tax team.

Leads the company’s commercial operating model across sales operations and pricing. Responsibilities include territory design, account segmentation, sales process standardization, CRM adoption, sales training, incentive compensation, commercial analytics, AI-enabled sales tools, pricing governance, deal approvals, and executive reporting. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Sales leadership to improve profitable growth, sales effectiveness, margin protection, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities include prioritizing features, coordinating platform scaling and integrations, managing release cadences, conducting functional and visual QA, tracking defects, monitoring budgets and billing, and communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Supports DEKRA’s audit group by coordinating client and auditor schedules, assigning resources, entering and analyzing data, tracking milestones and revenue metrics, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also assists the Operations Program Manager with administrative and operational tasks in a remote work environment.

Own CX operations across systems, ecommerce fulfillment, order management, fraud and chargebacks, subscriptions, AI automation, and Voice of Customer reporting. Manage tooling configuration, 3PL and partner relationships, cross-functional initiatives, payment issues, workflow improvements, and customer journey enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders, data owners, developers, and program leaders through discovery, development, testing, implementation, demonstrations, and transition to operations. The role is remote anticipated, may require travel, and is contingent on contract award.
