Oversees Microsoft cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, reliability, disaster recovery, modernization, vendors, budgets, service metrics, and managed service providers. Drive the internal AI platform roadmap by gathering feedback, prioritizing improvements, onboarding teams, delivering training, and measuring adoption. Partner with security on AI governance, data protection, acceptable-use policies, and incident response while serving as the primary Anthropic vendor contact.

Writes blogs, eBooks, and other long-form B2B content; researches complex healthcare topics; coordinates stakeholder reviews; briefs and edits freelance writers; and partners with marketing teams on campaigns and messaging.
