Supports Laerdal SimCapture implementation, simulation lab AV upgrades, equipment installation, platform configuration, documentation, and faculty and staff training in an academic healthcare environment.

Supports faculty and academic staff through Canvas LMS administration, instructional material development, faculty consultation, training, troubleshooting, and learning technology support. Creates course shells, manages enrollments and gradebook workflows, develops guides and videos, supports Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools, promotes accessible course design, and maintains instructional documentation and knowledge-base content.
