The Director of Sales will manage Whole Foods and UNFI relationships, develop business plans, lead selling initiatives, and enhance partnerships to drive sales and market presence.

Lead sourcing strategies for ingredients or packaging, manage RFPs, contracts, supplier relationships, and supply-risk mitigation. Partner cross-functionally to align procurement with business goals, standardize tools and reporting, oversee commercialization and inventory transition, and drive procurement KPIs, capability development, and enterprise initiatives. Travel ~15% annually.

Serve as first point of contact across channels (chat, email, social, SMS), provide personalized product and service support, collect customer insights, collaborate with cross-functional and fulfillment teams, prioritize workflows, and maintain high-quality, timely customer experiences including occasional holiday/evening/weekend availability.

Manage accounts payable tasks including three-way matching of POs to invoices in Bill.com and NetSuite, process logistics invoices, resolve vendor and internal invoice issues, meet weekly pay runs and month-end close, reconcile AP, assist with SG&A, audits, 1099 filings, and support process improvement and special projects.
