Design, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. Build GitLab/ArgoCD-driven CI/CD and IaC (Terraform, Helm). Improve observability, security (SOC2 readiness), automate workflows (including AI tools), troubleshoot production incidents, write runbooks, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure high availability and performance.

Lead design and delivery of major platform features, write production-quality code, ensure scalable and maintainable systems, mentor engineers, drive best practices and Agentic AI adoption, and proactively manage technical debt and system risks.

Lead product discovery, roadmap, and execution for assigned areas. Write user stories, manage backlogs, prototype solutions, partner with engineering and design, analyze feedback and metrics, and communicate product decisions to stakeholders to drive customer and business impact.
