Coordinate field-to-office data flow for telecom construction projects: maintain milestone forecasts, manage permits and POs, collect and process daily production reports, create redlines and closeout deliverables, produce production metrics and reports, attend meetings, and flag project risks for mitigation.

Process and verify employee timecards, input data into the timekeeping system, resolve discrepancies with staff, generate reports, support payroll processing, maintain confidential records, and escalate complex issues.
