Lead architecture and technical delivery of a Databricks Lakehouse platform on Azure. Define end-to-end architecture, implement scalable Databricks patterns, migrate use cases to production, enforce governance/security (Unity Catalog, RLS, encryption), design streaming/batch pipelines, mentor engineers, and drive standards, observability, and reusable IaC assets to support analytics and AI/ML workloads.

Coordinate and manage recruitment administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, updating the ATS, communicating with candidates, preparing offer/new-hire paperwork, supporting pre-employment screening and recruitment events, maintaining documentation, and generating recruitment reports to support HR and hiring managers.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views. Validate and reconcile report data, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and support users while following development lifecycle and company standards.
