Define product vision, commercial models, pricing, packaging, and lead economics while partnering with engineering, data, legal, sales, and executive stakeholders. Build and own AI safety systems for Realtor.com’s LLM-powered real-estate assistant. Responsibilities include developing Fair Housing and content-moderation classifiers, creating evaluation datasets and pipelines, measuring precision, recall, F1, and confusion matrices, integrating cloud guardrails, red-teaming for jailbreaks and prompt injection, managing Terraform infrastructure, and partnering with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to launch safe AI capabilities.

Own the strategy and roadmap for critical lead ingestion, delivery, or backend platform infrastructure. Partner with engineering on APIs, webhooks, architecture, and data contracts; manage SLAs, production issues, migrations, and legacy-service consolidation. It also develops AI-enabled analytics workflows using LLMs, RAG, and agentic tools; partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and data teams; mentors analysts; and helps establish analytical standards and scalable data solutions.

Lead intelligence and revenue optimization through advanced forecasting, statistical modeling, scenario analysis, lead inventory allocation, yield optimization, KPI development, and executive reporting.
