The Data Analyst will develop and enhance business intelligence solutions, providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting, while collaborating with business teams.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts to achieve revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, contract negotiation, and account planning. Supports proposals, engagement scoping, technical issues, training, and project execution. Requires extensive SAP FICO expertise, finance process knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and significant client travel.

Develop and manage proposals, pitches, legal directory submissions, surveys, marketing research, and client or prospect interaction tracking. The role supports attorneys and the marketing team, monitors proposal pipelines, improves processes, and prepares presentation materials. Candidates need marketing or communications knowledge, strong organization and attention to detail, email marketing experience, computer proficiency, and at least two years of related experience. Leads a cloud engineering team responsible for Redpanda Cloud, BYOC, Serverless, and Agentic Data Plane initiatives. Owns roadmap delivery, operational excellence, incident response, SLOs, and day-two operations while partnering with Product and customer-facing teams. Coaches, develops, hires, and retains engineers; translates product priorities into engineering plans; manages risks and dependencies; and drives reliable, high-quality launches across distributed cloud services.

Promote the Intelligent Grind brand through in-person and online community engagement, live event promotion, and social media outreach. Attend monthly promotion meetings, represent the company professionally, and help build awareness of emerging hip-hop talent. The role requires reliable transportation, physical stamina, and the ability to carry up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 16, socially active, outgoing, energetic, and located in or near Austin, Texas.

Performs receptionist and front-desk functions, including greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, handling mail and packages, processing visitor passes, conducting visitation screening, managing resident funds and lunch ticket reconciliation, taking messages, and providing administrative support. Requires confidentiality, customer service, multitasking, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a stressful environment.
