Serve as a strategic HR partner to engineering and operations leaders, advising on organizational design, performance and talent management, employee relations, compensation, workforce analytics, leadership coaching, and employee experience. Lead people initiatives end-to-end while supporting organizational growth, cultural integrity, manager effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. This is a six-month contract based in Austin with travel to Miami headquarters.

Conduct approximately 80 daily cold calls and use phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools to identify, contact, and qualify SMB prospects. Secure high-quality meetings for field sales representatives, follow up with prospects, attend scheduled meetings, receive coaching, and develop effective sales strategies. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, active listening, collaboration, computer literacy, and a commitment to ethical professional standards.

Owns complex fund- and joint-venture-level financial models for investor distributions, returns, waterfalls, carried interest, preferred returns, and capital accounts. Performs scenario, sensitivity, and period-over-period attribution analyses; reconciles models to actual operating, cash, debt, and investor data; and enforces model governance and quality control. Partners with asset management, investor relations, FP&A, acquisitions, capital markets, and accounting while presenting portfolio performance and strategic insights to senior management and institutional investors.

Integrate building management, IoT, HVAC, lighting, energy, and control systems with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. Conduct site audits, network discoveries, system mapping, cloud onboarding, data pipeline configuration, security implementation, testing, troubleshooting, analytics, and reporting. Collaborate with IT, facility management, and operations teams, provide technical training, lead client projects, mentor engineers, and improve delivery processes and documentation.
