Leads strategy and roadmap for GridUnity’s technical platform, partnering with engineering and product owners on requirements, APIs, data models, integrations, security, compliance, and Agile delivery. Owns platform metrics, prioritization, developer portal governance, integration frameworks, and stakeholder alignment. Represents platform capabilities with leadership and customers while mentoring and eventually managing a growing team.

Lead public sector revenue operations across federal, state, and local government markets. Develop go-to-market and field operations strategies, optimize pipeline management, planning, territories, quotas, compensation, pricing, and contract vehicles, and ensure compliance with public sector requirements. Analyze sales performance, maintain KPI dashboards, partner with sales and cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that improve revenue efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

Build and maintain data pipelines, warehouses, transformation workflows, data models, and reporting layers. Improve data quality, governance, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across analytics systems. Manage ingestion and event-streaming workflows, develop star-schema data marts, and collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Own Sophos EDR strategy, roadmap, technical product development, AI-powered experiences, and go-to-market execution. Translate customer needs, threat research, telemetry, competitive intelligence, and business goals into product priorities. Partner with engineering, security operations, threat research, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver endpoint detection, investigation, threat hunting, response, reporting, and XDR/MDR upgrade capabilities while driving adoption, revenue, and customer outcomes.

Own end-to-end analytics projects and data products for internal and external stakeholders. Develop advanced SQL transformations, maintain reliable near-real-time datasets, investigate metric changes, deliver actionable recommendations, and mentor junior analysts across cross-functional initiatives.

Design and ship internal tools for complex financial operations. Own the full product design process from research and workflow discovery through prototyping, validation, implementation, and iteration. Create AI-powered prototypes, contribute production frontend code, design data-rich operational interfaces, support design systems, and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Develops and executes regional channel marketing strategies with partners to increase engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Builds co-marketing plans, leads webinars, workshops, tradeshows, and demand-generation campaigns, and coordinates sales, product, and cross-functional participation. Measures campaign performance, reports on marketing metrics and ROI, and ensures partner marketing activities meet business objectives.

Manage accounts payable and travel-and-expense operations during a six-month contract. Responsibilities include reviewing and coding expenses, reconciling Ramp and Navan activity to the general ledger, enforcing policy, reviewing bills, identifying duplicate invoices, resolving vendor payment issues, and improving recurring processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage deadline-driven workloads.

The Controller will own general ledger operations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, accounting controls, tax coordination, audit support, debt and acquisition accounting, royalties, revenue recognition, and compliance. The role partners with the CFO, supports fundraising and M&A, manages lender reporting, and helps build the accounting function as the company scales. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for off-sites and events.

Provides part-time support to the Compensation Team by collecting, reviewing, standardizing, and updating university job descriptions. Enters job description data into the HRIS, maintains tracking tools and databases, verifies consistency and accuracy, and supports compensation-related projects.
