Provide technical implementation and field engineering to integrate telephony/audio and CAD systems with GovWorx cloud solutions. Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP/SIP/RTP connections, hardware ingest devices, and network issues; work with PSAP/ECC staff and vendors; participate in on-call rotation and occasional site visits (up to 20%).

Manage existing customer accounts post-sale, identify upsell opportunities, conduct discovery and product demonstrations, negotiate agreements, and drive adoption of SaaS modules.
