Evaluate GenAI tooling to automate diagnostics and fleet management.

Lead Android-first development of growth experiments and features, using AI-native workflows to design, implement, instrument, and analyze A/B tests. Ship performant, reliable Android experiences at scale, mentor teammates, participate in on-call, and codify AI-native engineering playbooks for broader adoption.

Create, audit, and maintain internal and external CX content and knowledge bases (Salesforce preferred). Translate processes into user-friendly guides, manage content requests, develop team macros, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and CX leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned customer support resources.

Lead the technical roadmap and hands-on development of a scalable data platform, build analytics and data access solutions, ensure data quality/governance/observability, mentor and grow a team of data engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and evaluate new big-data technologies.

Lead post-contract partner management for strategic collaborations: own onboarding, cross-functional execution, performance tracking, renewals, and expansion. Negotiate agreements, run business reviews, surface insights to product and GTM teams, and drive measurable partner growth and retention.
