Manage strategic relationships with large payer and TPA clients, serving as the primary contact for an assigned book of business. Drive revenue, product utilization, renewals, retention, contract negotiations, client growth, and risk mitigation. Lead business reviews and account planning, demonstrate client value, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and strengthen client satisfaction and advocacy.

Manage a portfolio of utility and energy-efficiency clients as the primary contact throughout program implementation. Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to support customer reporting and performance monitoring. Process SQL-based uploads, maintain accurate datasets, identify trends and anomalies, document reporting procedures, and create standardized workflows, dashboards, and tools. The role also supports process improvement and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling to customer sites.

Support attorneys with legal research, document preparation (briefs, memos, reports), case management, and regulatory monitoring. Analyze environmental law issues, maintain organized case files, collaborate on case strategies, and assist in preparing materials for client matters.

Build, secure, and operate AWS infrastructure supporting AI services and federal applications. Deploy and manage production AI capabilities, cloud-native applications, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, containers, identity and access controls, secrets, monitoring, logging, and observability. Develop data pipelines using Python, SQL, and AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, and Step Functions. Establish reusable AI infrastructure patterns, support multiple application teams, troubleshoot issues, and meet security, privacy, and data-retention obligations.

Co-facilitate multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients, delivering interactive learning experiences, fostering inclusive, safe environments, building participant rapport, adapting content to group needs, preparing with senior facilitators, and traveling extensively (50–70%).

Research and deploy systematic DeFi trading strategies using on-chain signals, protocol mechanics, tokenomics, liquidity flows, MEV, funding rates, and cross-protocol arbitrage. Responsibilities include backtesting with gas and slippage constraints, collaborating on live deployment, monitoring performance, and contributing to on-chain data infrastructure. The role requires strong mathematical or scientific training, Python, deep DeFi expertise, statistical rigor, and independent research capability.
