The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving customer growth, managing complex sales cycles, and developing strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the SaaS/event technology industry.

Manage retention and growth of truck equipment and trailer business across the Northeastern US; build and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, prospect and close new accounts, support dealers and fleets, attend trade shows, collaborate with internal teams, handle post-sales follow-up, and travel frequently for field and manufacturing visits.

Design, develop, and operate scalable backend systems focused on authentication and authorization. Lead secure REST API and IAM feature development, mentor engineers, perform security-first code reviews, integrate observability, and drive reliable production releases in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Build and scale an agency partner program for TikTok Shop: recruit, onboard, enable, and grow agencies; design tiering, incentives, certifications, and MDF; drive partner-sourced revenue through co-selling, enablement, and joint GTM; analyze partner performance and optimize program ROI.

Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base and LMS, create training content, and support employee training and development across FreedomCare.

The role involves driving user experience strategies in cybersecurity, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to optimize user workflows and improve product experiences while understanding customer needs and market insights.
