Manage a defined book of business by improving retention, reducing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing upsell and cross-sell deals. Support sales by delivering technical presentations and demos, design solutions for enterprise deals, integrate software and automation systems, gather competitive intelligence, and relay customer needs to product teams to drive product improvements.

Leads sales planning, territory and account design, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and sales compensation strategy. Owns governance for quota exceptions and disputes, builds scenario models for executive decision-making, and continuously optimizes coverage, productivity, attainment, and cost of sale. Partners with Finance, HR, sales leadership, and GTM Engineering to improve planning systems, automate processes, and apply AI to quota and incentive management.

Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for ecosystem partners. Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, and partners to create shared revenue opportunities, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, launch clients, and resolve escalations. Establish performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones; monitor partner health using data-driven insights; organize partnership events; and lead initiatives that strengthen market and client engagement.

Own the product function end to end, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, launches, APIs, payment rails, ledgering, partner integrations, and regulatory-driven product decisions. The role requires close collaboration with founders, engineers, compliance teams, banks, and fintech partners. This hands-on leader will establish product processes, support go-to-market efforts, and eventually build the product organization.

Lead global go-to-market (GTM) planning and marketing operations: build frameworks, manage budgets and reporting, align cross-functional teams, support executive leadership, and operationalize campaign execution to drive brand, leads, and business impact.

Serves as the technical subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems. The role requires quota achievement, cybersecurity enterprise sales experience, value-based selling, MEDDICCC and Command of the Message training, Salesforce proficiency, and strong relationships with local cyber partners.
