The VP, AI-Native Ops & Automation will lead the redesign of the GTM operating model and embed AI and automation into organization-wide workflows, optimizing sales, marketing, and operational processes for enhanced growth and efficiency.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new mid-market clients and expanding existing accounts through consultative selling. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contract execution, and implementation handoff. Build long-term relationships, develop tailored proposals, maintain pipeline and CRM records, meet quota targets, represent the company at industry events, and coordinate internally to resolve client issues.

Manage and maintain the company's Ashby ATS: create roles, pipelines, automations, access, and reporting. Keep candidate data clean, produce status reports, document workflows, support interviewers, and manage external recruiters in a part-time remote capacity.

Provide high-trust executive support to multiple C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars, travel, meeting prep, correspondence, expense reporting, and confidential materials. Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, onboarding, and vendor relationships; track action items and partner cross-functionally to streamline executive operations and improve efficiency.

Lead FP&A operations including maintaining the financial model, headcount planning, budget tracking, GTM capacity planning with RevOps, deal pricing support, month/quarter close reporting, KPI dashboards, and implementing a modern financial planning/EPM solution.

Manage the creative team's project pipeline, workflows, and DAM. Own Asana architecture, intake, capacity planning, vendor relationships, and process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, channel-ready creative assets.

Own end-to-end lifecycle for AI features: define requirements, run model evaluation and experimentation, maintain capability-level AI roadmap, apply responsible AI principles, measure success metrics, iterate with engineering, UX, security, and go-to-market to deliver customer-ready AI capabilities.

Design and maintain cross-chain integrations, build transaction creation/signing and status-tracking flows, integrate liquidity/exchange/bridge providers, improve route safety and execution reliability, and help set architecture and engineering standards with product and platform teams.

Own client implementations for Mogli SMS on the Salesforce platform: scope, architect, configure, integrate, test, train, and hand off. Manage timelines and budgets, drive end-user adoption, provide technical leadership, contribute product feedback and R&D, and troubleshoot advanced client or partner issues.

Perform full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary roles: source, screen, interview, check references/backgrounds, extend offers, manage applicant tracking, coordinate onboarding, and advise managers on hiring and personnel policies.
