Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Debt Settlement Providers, leading regular touchpoints and monthly performance presentations. Investigate and escalate issues, provide tailored solutions, stay current on policies and systems, and analyze customer data to identify trends and best practices to improve partner performance.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go and Python; build public REST APIs; solve Postgres/SQL performance and database scalability challenges; scale distributed, highly available systems on AWS/GCP using Terraform; lead agile development, conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and proactively address technical debt to deliver secure, customer-facing features.

Design, build, and own production ML and LLM-driven features (RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, semantic search). Write maintainable code, create design docs, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with product/design, and participate in Agile development. Work with Python/Java/JavaScript, ML frameworks, and cloud/container technologies.

Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Advise clients and executives, manage budgets and performance, mentor paid media team, implement testing and AI-driven improvements, and travel quarterly for on-site client reviews.

Drive order intake and revenue growth through strategic engagement with government reseller partners. Build pipeline, qualify and close opportunities, execute joint account plans, manage full sales cycle, ensure contract/compliance execution, and coordinate with Government ECEs and Business Units to expand market share across federal, state, and local government markets.

Owns commercial relationships for enterprise accounts, leading complex consultative sales cycles for mainframe modernization. Aligns customer goals with the Imogen platform and partners, drives pipeline and forecasting, partners with Delivery and Sales Engineering, negotiates partner-led deals, and represents the company in senior technical and business conversations to close and expand engagements.
