Administer and analyze compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for a multi-site hourly workforce. The role builds reporting and predictive models from scratch, partners with BI and actuarial teams, influences cross-functional decisions, and presents retention findings and forecasts to executives.

Manage post-sale relationships with healthcare revenue cycle management customers, serving as a trusted advisor to providers and executives. Drive engagement, retention, customer growth, KPI performance, revenue cycle improvements, billing audits, and account receivable outcomes. Coordinate internal resources across support, sales, IT, accounting, compliance, and consulting teams while conducting executive meetings and reviewing customer strategies and performance.

Lead technical design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications while remaining hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, microservices, and APIs. Mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and own engineering outcomes across cloud-based applications and CI/CD pipelines.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to embed security across the software development and deployment lifecycle. Influence technical direction, implement DevSecOps practices, secure CI/CD and infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve security posture and processes.
